Snow Patrol, The Killers, Gin Blossoms Alternative Fans Check out Saint Sebastian on YouTube

Alternative rock band Saint Sebastian, is proud to premiere our newest Music Video, “Down” on YouTube. “Down” has influences from Snow Patrol, the Killers, and Gin Blossoms with its upbeat, somber/gothic melody, and catchy, deep hooks. We wrote this song to personify the agonizing relationship of dealing with Fibromyalgia, an auto-immune disease. The severe pain caused from the disease leaves no visible scars, which makes it hard for people to recognize that the “-body’s screaming, but no-one hears a sound”.

The YouTube music video gives a theatrical, gothic in nature performance. Down’s tension-building cinematography follows the energy of the song, eventually building to the Call-to-Action to not “-Let the Bastards Grind you Down”!  The video was voted "BEST MUSIC VIDEO", an award from the Oregon Independent Film Festival (2017) and the Mediterranean Film Festival (2016) and the OFFICIAL SELECTION of over 13 other film festivals worldwide!

“Down” was released on the EP “Melancholy Breakdown”. You can find the video here
on YouTube, and you can find listen to the song and the rest of the record here.

New Single by Eileen Carey, That Town is One Of The Best Country Music Songs on Spotify

Eileen Carey is pretty busy these days promoting her newest music video for THAT TOWN, one of the best country songs I’ve heard in a while!  It’s got a rock edge to it and a modern topic of whether to stay in your comfort zone, or step outside and chase your dreams.

She recently played the Whisky on Sunset Strip and Music Connection reviewed her live performance as follows:  “Carey’s sassy yet humble stage demeanor gave off Gretchen Wilson meets Miranda Lambert vibes, which clearly appealed to the crowd, which engaged in hand clapping, line dancing and singing along.  It was refreshing to see a country music artist perform at this well-known rock & roll shrine. Eileen Carey’s seasoned talent, her ability to consistently engage her fans (t-shirts were thrown into the crowd), and a real chemistry with her band members kept me entertained throughout the night.”

Needless to say, that’s no small task for a country artist, playing the infamous rock venue – the Whisky A Go-Go to rouse what was likely an audience that preferred or even expected, a different genre of music.

To watch the “That Town” official video, check it out on YouTube. Other ways you can explore the talents of Eileen Carey are via Spotify. Also, to stay updated on all things Eileen Carey, visit her website at www.EileenCarey.com and follow her Facebook and Instagram.

Country Pop Singer-Songwriter Eileen Carey Releases That Town on YouTube

Country Pop artist Eileen Carey’s “That Town” YouTube Video came out last weekend and it really made me think back to when I was finishing high school and deciding whether to go to college or explore the world, was on my mind regularly.  Like the subjects in the video (being young and fearless) I decided to explore the world venturing off to other locales in my own Country and abroad.  Clearly that’s the theme of the video many of us can relate to:  'If you don’t take a chance you’ll never know what can be”.

That Town is an upbeat, bittersweet acknowledgment of the fact that most of us finally reach the point when we have to move on from the comfort of what we know to the excitement of what we can only anticipate. The vibe of the video is young college students escaping the trappings of their hometowns and coming the bright lights, and big city of Hollywood, to a backyard pool setting, known as the garden of opportunity.

Eileen Carey is a proven hit maker and a regular on the New Music Weekly Charts. Her vocal prowess is like no other, with her clear crisp smoky nuances, her individual groove has separated her away from the pack.

Definitely check out the video  and leave a comment as to what it MADE YOU think about (or remember) from one of your own similar experiences at bit.ly/ThatTown
